In the event that you wish to return an item to us, please get in touch with our team who will be happy to facilitate this for you.
Please ensure that, where possible, the product is sent back to us in re-sellable condition and in its original retail packaging to assist in a speedy returns process.
For clarity this means:
- The product must be unused
- The packaging is unopened (where possible)
- There is no dirt, grease, oil or any other liquid on the returned product or its packaging
- Nothing has been stuck to or written on the packaging
- All packaging must appear "as new"
- The goods have not been received damaged
If, when you receive your order, the packaging or products appear damaged you must refuse the delivery and the item(s) will be returned to us automatically.
Our team check every order to ensure that the parts you have ordered for your vehicle are correct, if you choose not to provide us with your vehicle information or wish to proceed with your order when we have advised the part is not correct, we regret that we are unable to accept the item for return in these instances.
The cost to return items to us is at the customer's expense, unless otherwise stated by one of our team.
