Oversized and Overweight items: If your item is oversized (Over 1m) and/or overweight (Over 25kg), you may incur an additional charge.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at this time.
For customers in Scottish Highlands or Islands, delivery may take an extra 1–2 business days, and additional charges may apply. Please check during checkout for any specific fees based on your location or contact us on 01604 666711.
3. Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, but during peak periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing may take longer. Please allow up to 2 additional business days for order dispatch.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the progress of your delivery. If you encounter any issues or delays with your delivery, feel free to get in touch with us, and we'll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
5. Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending us an email with your order number to customercare@onlineautomotive.co.uk. We will investigate the issue and either arrange a replacement or provide a refund as necessary.
6. Addressing Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct during checkout. We are unable to amend addresses once an order is placed. Any changes after dispatch may result in delays or extra costs, which will be the customer's responsibility.

Please note: Orders placed after 4pm, will be processed the following day. For orders placed on a non-working day, please add 1 working day to your delivery date. Your order will be ready for collection 48 hours from it being processed however you are kept informed along the way via email.
If your item is oversized or you are located in a remote area, you may incur an additional charge. If this is the case, we will contact you on processing the order.

At Online Automotive, we understand the inconvenience of waiting in for your delivery which is why we offer a Click and Collect service available from 630* Asda stores nationwide.
